1. Service Description

ClawBiz builds and hosts autonomous AI businesses delivered via Telegram. The service is operated by Offerae LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We handle the technology, AI agent configuration, and ongoing operations so you can focus on reviewing and approving what the AI produces.

We currently offer three types of autonomous businesses:

Media Business — an autonomous publication that generates and publishes content
Course Business — an autonomous course platform built around your expertise
Agency Business — an autonomous service agency that generates deliverables for clients

2. Pricing

$500 one-time setup fee, paid at the start of service
$297 per month subscription for ongoing operations
7-day free trial — no charge until day 8
Cancel any time with no penalty

Optional add-ons:

AI voice narration for Course Business lessons — priced separately based on usage

All subscriptions are monthly recurring and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Billing is handled through Gumroad.

3. Pivot Policy

If your business idea isn't working out, you may request a pivot to a different business type (Media, Course, or Agency) once during your first 6 months at no additional charge. We will deactivate your current business and build a new one from scratch.

Important: subscribers, students, clients, and content from your previous business do not transfer to the new one. You are effectively starting a new business with a new audience.

4. Data Ownership

You own your business data. You can request a full export of your data at any time. Upon cancellation or end of subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

5. No Income Guarantees

ClawBiz does not guarantee any specific income, profit, customer count, or business outcome. Growing an audience takes time and depends on factors including your topic, effort, market conditions, and execution. Revenue figures mentioned anywhere on the website or in marketing materials are illustrative only, not promises.

We specifically do not guarantee:

New subscribers, students, or clients within any specific timeframe
Specific revenue or profit levels
Ranking in search results or on social media platforms

6. What We Do and Don't Do

We do:

Build and deploy your business in approximately 24 hours after onboarding completes
Run AI agents for content creation, publishing, social media posting, SEO content, and referral programs
Provide approval-based workflow via Telegram for daily operations
Handle technical infrastructure, hosting, and platform maintenance

We do not:

Send cold outreach emails on your behalf
Scrape prospect or lead lists from third-party sites
Guarantee search engine rankings or social media reach
Accept responsibility for content you approve for publication

7. Acceptable Use

The service cannot be used for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, hate speech, or harmful content. You are responsible for the content you approve for publication. We reserve the right to refuse service for any business that violates these terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate service for violation of these terms with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Gumroad. Upon cancellation, your AI agents will stop operating at the end of your current billing period. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClawBiz and Offerae LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
